Day 01: Fly Kathmandu
Fly Kathmandu to Lhasa. Transfer to Tsetang. Later in the afternoon visit The Yambhulakhang, Tibet's first castle and Cha - Duk Monastery. O/nt at Hotel. |

Day 02: Tour on bike in and around Lhasa. This adventurous cycling trip in Tibet, starting from Lhasa gives you time to get acclimatized on the worlds highest city at 3,600 meter altitude, with ample time to immerse around Lhasa, including the stunning Potala Palace, the Jokhang Temple and the busy markets at Bharkor. From Lhasa we strike out for on our main objective, crossing six major passes of above 4,500m and 5000m on the main Lhasa to Kathmandu route. O/nt at Hotel.

Day 03: Tour & Preparation for the long ride. O/nt at Hotel. |

Day 04: Bike towards as coming from the Airport on a good tarmac road then turn off from the bridge towards near Khamba - La 4794m and camp. Approx 6-7 hrs. The Janglam takes a circuitous course southwards to Gyantse and the Yamdok Cho before dropping again over the Khambala pass to the ferry at Khamba barje near Chushul. Thence the valley of the Kyi-chu (itself navigable for small boats for about 30 m.) leads to Lhasa northwards. |

Day 05: Bike over Khambala Pass and descent towards Yamdrok Tso (Lake) and camp at Pede Dzong farther from the lake. Approx: 6-7 hrs. |

Day 06: Make it through Pede Dzong, grabbing some water, and then stopping in Nangartse Dzong for a late lunch. Nangartse Dzong has a large Chinese presence, which means lots of Chinese restaurants, shops, schools, and other businesses. Bike to Simi-La 4200m after Karo-La 5045m. Approx 6 hours. |

Day 07: Bike to Gyantse town Approx 4-5 hours, rest of the afternoon free for the tour of the Monasteries and historical places. At the other end of town, the walled Pelkor Chode, also built in the early fifteen century, once contained a number of monasteries from three different branches of Buddhism. Only one survived the Culltural Revolution, which is run by Gelugpa monks today. O/nt at Gyantse Hotel. |

Day 08 : Bike to Shigatse, the 2nd biggest city in Tibet. The city is primarily noted for its Tashilhunpo Monastery, built in 1447, a historic and culturally important monastery. Situated on a hillside in the center of the city, the Tibetan name means "all fortune and happiness gathered here". Sightseeing tour of Tashilunpo Monastery and the free market in Shigatse. Approx 6 hrs. O/nt at Hotel. |

Day 10: Bike to near or about Larze approx 6-7 hrs. O/nt at camp. |

Day 11 : Bike over the highest pass of this trip at Gyatso - La 5220m and descent towards Shegar. Dalai Lama Tenzin Gyatso, is the head of state and spiritual leader of the Tibetan people. Lhamo Dhondrub was, as Dalai Lama, renamed Jetsun Jamphel Ngawang Lobsang Yeshe Tenzin Gyatso - Holy Lord, Gentle Glory, Compassionate, Defender of the Faith, Ocean of Wisdom. O/nt at Camp. Day 12 : Lalung-La Pass
Bike past Old Tingri towards Lalung-La Pass (5124m) and camp. Lalung La Pass is one of the highest passes in Tibet and it must be crossed in order to get to Lhasa. This first pass that must be crossed is Nylam and then reaches Thongla Pass at 5120 meters high. After passing through this location, altitude drops for a while and then steeply rises past Lalung La pass to Mt Shisha Pangma at 8012 meters, located very close to Everest. 6-7 hrs. |

Day 13 : Bike over the pass and camp after Nyalam town on the green vegetation. From Nyalam could enjoy the beautiful Himalayas and the rugged and dusty roads. It's safe to wear mouth and nose masks to cover from the dust and the chilly weather.The breathing becomes difficult because of the high altitudes and the speedy winds. One would not like to get down from the vehicle for the fear of catching cold. O/nt at camp. |

Day 14 : Bike towards the border of Zhagmu & Kodari for 3-4 hours and drive to Kathmandu. |
